Get a fixed proposal
After the site review, you receive a complete written proposal — what's included, schedule, and total investment — within 3 business days. No hourly design work, no escalating estimates.
We build it
On signature, we order materials, schedule trades, and manage the project under the same standards as every BoCo Modern remodel.
How is BoCo Select different from BoCo Modern's custom remodels?
Same team, same vendors, same build standards. The difference is the design phase. Select gives you pre-coordinated packages instead of a custom design process. Choose Select if your existing layout works and you want a faster path to a finished kitchen. Choose Custom if you want to move walls, change the footprint, or design every detail from scratch.
